I would like to book your hotel but concern about about bathing. The third photo of “shower room” in the “Room & Equipment” of this website shows that there are 1 bathtub and 2 shower handles in a room. That means 3 people can bath at the same time. Does it mean i need to bath together with other people at the time without a shower curtain?
i have joined the Toyako Marathon on 18 May, may i know the traffic to 【スタート】太平堂前交差点（町道温泉大通り線）. What time will the earliest bus/ JR to go there on 18 May? How long is the traffic time?

The baths are separate for men and women, and as you stated, there are two showers on the men’s side. The changing room before the men’s bathroom can be locked, and can be used by one person or by family.
There is a bus from Toya Station to Toyako Onsen.
The bus schedule will probably change in the spring, so please check for yourself.
There are only a few buses, so many people can get there by taxi.
